Julian James Clark

Biography

Julian Clark is a maritime lawyer with particular expertise in cyber, casualty, piracy. terrorism, sanctions and e commerce. He is the Chair of the CMI Cyber Crime Working Group and a founding member of the Maritime Leaders forum. Previously the Senior Partner of Ince, he is now a Vice President and Senior Legal Advisor with Gard. He also plays keyboards and is a vocalist with the IBA band 7 Seas.
