Biography

Jean-François Adelle is a banking and finance partner of Jeantet AARPI law firm in Paris, France. Jean-François Adelle. has a practice in general and structured debt finance transactions, distressed debt restructuring and financial arrangements with a strong regulatory element. Jean-François is Co-Chair of the International Bar Association’s Banking Law Committee, a member of the P.R.I.M.E Finance panel of experts, and leads the firm’s Legal Opinions Committee. He has chaired committees of Paris Europlace which inspired legislative reforms in the field of security intersts, security agent and fiducie and co-chaired the International Financing Work Stream of the ICC Financial institutions and international Arbitration Task Force.
