Biography

Dr Hélène van Lith is the Secretary of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR at the ICC International Court of Arbitration and Associate Professor at Université Paris Dauphine, School of Law. Her area of expertise in the field International Dispute Resolution include International Commercial Arbitration and other ADR techniques, Private International law, International Commercial Litigation, Cross-border Collective Redress and International Business Law.
