Biography

As part of the Digital & Innovation team at Khaitan & Co. (one of India’s biggest and oldest law firms), she strives to improve the practice of law – not just for the clients, but also for the legal practitioners. A certified design thinker, Shreya consistently prioritizes the human experience in all her endeavors. As a former lawyer, she possesses a deep understanding of the multifaceted forces reshaping the legal profession and draws upon this knowledge to guide her decisions. She also spearheads Prolawgue.com, a platform that bridges the nexus of business, tech, and law. Its mission is to democratize knowledge, empowering the next wave of changemakers and innovators within the legal sector. Recognised amongst '30 Legal Tech Innovators to Follow in APAC' and '30 Women Legal Innovators in Asia to Follow', Shreya strives to reimagine law while leveraging the power of technology. She has also been awarded the International Bar Association’s Annual Conference Scholarship. Shreya has contributed to numerous publications, including her insights on the ‘War for Talent and Work-Life Balance in Law Firms’ and ‘the Legal Profession at a Crossroad: Balancing tradition with the aspirations of tomorrow's lawyer’.
