Adv. Orit Asnin has been an independent full-time mediator since 1999. She is one of Israel's most experienced and leading mediators. Previously a commercial lawyer.
Orit Asnin has mediated more than 5,500 local and international conflicts, with high success record.
Her mediations have involved parties from over a dozen of countries, across five continents, public and private entities, government and local authorities, international and multinational corporations, family businesses and individuals.
Orit Asnin has vast experience in mediating commercial conflicts of multifaceted and highly sensitive situations, some with extreme cross-cultural differences and some with multiple parties. Her mediations range from relatively modest to mega-value disputes.
Adv. Asnin mediates in a broad range of fields including: commercial and business disputes; shareholders and partners disputes, construction & infrastructure, franchising, insurance, banking, contracts, professional negligence (excluding medical malpractice), high-tech, bio-tech, workplace disputes, sexual harassment, class actions, intellectual property, slander cases (including celebrities and politicians), real estate, media, inheritance and complex family business disputes.
Orit Asnin is a Distinguished Fellow in the IAM the International Academy of Mediators. Since 2022 she serves in the Board of Governors of the IAM and as an active member in the IAM's Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Committee.

Orit Asnin is one of the pioneers in the field of mediation in Israel. Her daily mediations since the end of the 90ies, as well as her public volunteering engagements in the Israeli Bar, have greatly contributed to the current common use of mediation in Israel. Orit Asnin has been serving as a co-chairperson of the Mediation Committee of the Israeli Bar (Haifa branch). Previously a vice chairperson of the Section of Dispute Resolution and as a member of the Ethics Committee, of the Israeli Bar.
