Biography

Patrick Connolly is the Academy Director of the London-based law firm Mishcon de Reya. The Mishcon Academy offers a broad range of internal and external engaging learning divided into three academic terms. Alongside technical and skills-based learning the Academy has welcomed speakers such as activist Monic Lewinsky, actor Jodie Foster and journalist Piers Morgan. Patrick has established an Early Careers team as part of the Academy which fosters future diverse talent through graduate and school leaver programmes. Patrick is also a qualified Executive Coach and has established a coaching programme within Mishcon. Before joining Mishcon Patrick qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte and taught the Chartered Accountancy qualification at Kaplan. Teaching more than 10,000 hours, it is at Kaplan that Patrick became a learning expert. Patrick worked with large accounting firms such as PwC, KMPG and Deloitte to establish school leaver programmes, university partnerships and innovative learning approaches. Patrick is currently the Trustee for a London-based learning charity, Arts for All.
