Biography

Kirsty is currently an in-house counsel with the Lazada Group, an e-commerce company with South East Asian presence based in Singapore. She works as part of a team to come up with innovative legal solutions to support the business and has provided legal advice on a wide range of initiatives such as cross border commercial and logistics, the onboarding of multinational brands, regulatory compliance and acquisitions. Prior to this, she practiced as a corporate commercial lawyer in a large law firm in Kuala Lumpur, advising on general corporate commercial matters as well as subject matter expertise such as data protection, competition, franchise and regulatory compliance.
