Biography

Ilham Bustami is Government Affairs Specialist for Indonesia at FedEx Express. Based in Jakarta, Ilham manages FedEx Express relationships with government, key policymakers, and other influencers in Indonesia. He assists, develops, and implements strategies and tactics on regulatory matters to protect the Company’s interest and promote business growth. Prior to joining FedEx Express in January 2022, Ilham was a government affairs and public policy analyst at a local startup where he spearheaded government engagement covering multiple issues. He started his career as a consultant at Asia Group Advisors where Ilham provides regular research and engagement support across sectors, including sustainable palm oil, digital economy, and technology. He holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Law from the University of Indonesia, specializing in Economic and Business Law.
