Biography

Rachel Low specialises in commercial, arbitration and international investment law disputes. She is regularly engaged by Senior Counsel and Queen’s Counsel to assist on complex litigation and arbitration disputes and is also briefed by domestic and international law firms as counsel. Rachel has advised and acted for States, corporations and high-profile individuals on commercial, arbitration, and international investment law matters. Prior to commencing independent practice, Rachel practiced at a leading law firm where she was involved in high-value commercial disputes, including the first cryptocurrency-related claim before the Singapore International Commercial Court, as well as banking and financial services disputes and shareholder disputes.
