Biography

Dr. Xavier Favre-Bulle is a partner at Lenz & Staehelin in Geneva, where he heads the Arbitration group. He has some 30 years of experience in dispute resolution and has been involved in more than 275 arbitrations. Among various positions in arbitration associations, Xavier is the Senior Co-Chair of the IBA Arbitration Committee. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and the author of some 80 books and articles. He has lectured at several universities (Switzerland, France) on arbitration and contract law. He was also the President of the Arbitration Court of the Swiss Arbitration Centre until 31.12.2023.
