Biography

A detail-oriented legal professional whose legal reasoning and work ethic have been honed by a decade of experience in immigration litigation and transactional matters. Mr. Montoya is admitted to the practice of law in the State of Florida and is a graduate of the Dickinson School of Law at the Pennsylvania State University. Since the beginning of his professional career, Mr. Montoya has had experience in every aspect of U.S. immigration law from transactional business matters to courtroom litigation. Mr. Montoya currently dedicates the majority of his time to the litigation of asylum applications and other forms of relief before U.S. immigration courts. He has dedicated himself to developing techniques to teach the complex subject matter of asylum to applicants and other legal practitioners under the philosophy that applicants and support personnel should know as much about asylum as their legal representatives.
