Biography

Manager Partner of Castex Pauls Abogados, with main expertise in white collar crimes, compliance and internal investigations. Ph.D in Criminal Law (UBA). Lecturer in Criminal Law and Procedure at the UBA Law School and UCEMA law school. Visiting Lecturer at various universities in Argentina and abroad. Secretary and Advisor to the Criminal Law and Criminology Department (UBA). Member of the Forensic Research Centre of the National Academy of Sciences. He was appointed Clerk to the National Judicial Council (2001-2005) and advisor for Criminal Law and Procedure to the National Senate (1999-2005) and to the Members of the Argentine Chamber of Deputies (2009-2013). He is author of more than 50 articles in specialized law reviews and of books on criminal law and procedure. He is an active speaker and coordinator of national and international congresses on criminal Law and criminal procedure. His principle publication includes “Criminal Corporate Liability and Compliance”. Member of both the city of Buenos Aires BAR and La Plata BAR.
