Biography

I specialize in legal and tax advice to companies in the energy, telecommunications and infrastructure industries. I focus on corporate and indirect taxes as well as legal representation of petitions, claims and lawsuits before the local tax authority and courts. I advise clients on the tax aspects of foreign loans, new investments, amortizations, tax credits and double taxation treaties.
