Biography

A seasoned and respected professional in the international labor & employment law world, Roselyn is a US and French attorney-at-law with +35 years of experience on both sides of the Atlantic. Starting her career as a pure litigator in international matters at Holland & Knight in Miami and then Proskauer in New York and California, Roselyn moved to Paris, France in 1995, where she decided to focus exclusively on advising on labor and employment law for foreign companies doing business in France/Europe. After attending law school in Paris and becoming a member of the Paris Bar, she joined EYLaw in Paris to build the international labor & employment practice at EY, its first global leader. After 20+ years as a partner at EY, Roselyn was retired as a partner due to her advanced age and experience ;-)!. Since 2020, she is a consultant to EY and the founding partner of her own lawfirm, RoselynSandsLaw. Active throughout her professional life in organization for the profession (ABA, IBA, EELA, xbhr, Avosial, IELA), Roselyn is a frequent speaker and thoroughly enjoys the collegial international nature of her work. Roselyn, a Cuban-born immigrant to the US and to France, is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
