Biography

Olena Perepelynska is a Partner and Head of Arbitration at INTEGRITES law firm in Kyiv, Ukraine. She serves as Co-Chair of Eastern Europe Group of the IBA Arbitration Committee, Chair of ADR committee of the Ukrainian National Bar Association, Board member of the Ukrainian Arbitration Association, Turkic Arbitration Association and ArbCEE. Ms Perepelynska has acted as counsel in over 100 international arbitrations under various rules. She has also served as arbitrator in more than 100 commercial and investment treaty arbitrations seated in Almaty, Bishkek, Kyiv, London, Minsk, Montreal, Paris, Vienna and Stockholm. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and member of its the Approved Faculty List. Olena is also editorial board member the ICC Dispute Resolution Bulletin.
