Biography

Innocenzo Genna is an Italian-Belgian qualified attorney providing legal and strategic advice in the European telecoms and Internet sector. Main areas of practice include electronic commerce, online platforms, data protection, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, cybersecurity and network regulation. He also writes public interventions as a tech expert for European and national magazines as well as via his professional blog RadioBruxellesLibera.com. Since February 2023 he has been appointed legal advisor to the Italian State Secretary for the Digital Transformation.
