Biography

Filippo Noseda is a partner at Mishcon de Reya and a visiting Professor at King’s College in London, where he teaches international and comparative trust law. Filippo is best known for his work in the area of transparency and data protection for which he won the STEP Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Profession. He is currently working on a number of court cases in the UK and Europe against the excessive nature of FATCA, the CRS and public registers of beneficial ownership. Filippo is qualified in the UK and Switzerland and is also admitted in the BVI.
