Biography

Bruce specializes in the litigation, arbitration and mediation of construction claims, construction liens, surety bond claims, construction insurance claims, product liability, and architects' and engineers' E & O, as well as in the drafting and negotiating of contracts for major industrial and infrastructure projects, including public private partnerships, and construction, engineering, architectural equipment supply, and technology licensing contracts. Bruce is Certified as a Specialist in Construction Law by the Law Society of Upper Canada. He is a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers, and of the International Academy of Construction Lawyers. He is currently Co-Chair of the International Construction Projects Committee.
