A webinar presented by the IBA Professional Wellbeing Commission, supported by the IBA Bar Issues Commission, the IBA Employment and Industrial Relations Law Committee and the IBA Legal Policy & Research Unit
This webinar marks the launch of the IBA Global Guide for Mental Health and Wellbeing in Legal Workplaces and will explore how legal workplaces can move from recognising the importance of mental health and wellbeing to actually changing the way work is done. The discussion will focus on how the Guide can be translated into practical and sustainable action across the profession, including through changes to workload, work design, leadership, culture and the way teams operate.
The session will consider what meaningful implementation looks like in practice, including the role of leaders in creating psychologically healthy and high-performing teams. It will share practical approaches and lessons from across the profession and explore how legal organisations can embed meaningful and sustainable change, rather than treating wellbeing as an individual responsibility or standalone initiative.
As we are limited to 1,000 registrants, we request that you please only register for this event if you will be attending.
