Meeting rooms are available to book by law firms who are attending the IBA 2026 Annual Conference in Copenhagen. All meeting rooms are located in the AC Hotel Bella Sky Copenhagen which adjoins the Bella Center where the conference will be held.
Rooms are available in the following sizes:
Boardroom for 8 guests (2 available)
Boardroom for 9 guests (10 available)
Boardroom for 10 guests (1 available)
Boardroom for 12 guests (8 available)
Boardroom for 16 guests (2 available)
Boardroom for 20 guests (2 available)
All rooms will include appropriate furniture and a plug-and-play screen for presentations.

Booking terms
All bookings will be for four days - Monday 5 October to Thursday 8 October inclusive.
The number of available rooms is limited and bookings must be made online and will be accepted on a first to book basis.
Bookings are non-refundable unless the IBA is able to resell the space.
Bookings are subject to confirmation that your firm/company has a delegation who has registered and paid the appropriate fee to attend the IBA 2026 Annual Conference in Copenhagen. Delegation bookings must be made in advance of the early registration deadline on 10 July 2026.
Bookings from firms that do not meet these criteria will be cancelled. Should a firm's delegation cancel their conference bookings then their meeting room booking will also be cancelled.
