It will focus on the practical impact on documentation, disclosure and due diligence, with particular attention given to sustainability-linked loans. The panel will offer legal perspectives from Africa, Luxembourg, Singapore, the UK and the US, highlighting regulatory divergence, liability risks and implementation challenges across markets.
