A webinar presented by the IBA Business Human Rights Committee and the IBA Human Rights Law Committee
On 26 February 2025, the European Commission published the first set of proposals (known as the Omnibus Package), which set out revisions and simplifications of recent policy and law on sustainable finance disclosure, human rights and environmental due diligence, the EU taxonomy, climate transition plans, the border carbon adjustment mechanism and European investment programmes. This webinar will provide an update on where we are in the Omnibus process and will discuss its impact on human rights decision-making within corporate structures and for states in other jurisdictions.
As we are limited to 1,000 registrants, we request that you please only register for this event if you will be attending.
