Karen has broad experience in contentious IP work, IP litigation, enforcement and licensing programmes, anti-counterfeiting, exploitation of IP rights, competition law and broadcasting. She frequently appears in the High Court, Court of Appeal and the Federal Court representing local and global companies. She negotiates and advises on the exploitation and enforcement of IP rights for leading multinational companies around the world. Karen has also designed and crafted anti-piracy and anti-counterfeiting programmes as well as brand management schemes from small to leading local and global companies. Karen is also experienced in all aspects of Information Technology (IT), e-commerce, and telecommunications related matters and cyberlaws.

Eileen O'Gorman is a partner in Gleeson McGrath Baldwin LLP in Dublin Ireland. She advises corporate clients and individuals on commercial issues relevant to their wide and varied business interests both in Ireland and abroad, in particular those that intersect with issues relating to intellectual property. Eileen represents a number of clients with international interests in the leisure industry and advises in relation to their brands, development, sales and acquisitions.
