A symposium presented by the IBA Arb40 Subcommittee of the IBA Arbitration Committee.
As part of its contribution to the development of arbitration best practice, the IBA Arbitration Committee, through its Arb40 Subcommittee, organises symposia for the younger members of the arbitration community. This workshop will be interactive and follow an open forum format.
The upper age limit for participation is 40.
Topics include:
- New perils of international arbitration; are we going too far?
- How can we help?
Who should attend?
- Young practitioners under the age of 40 (whether in-house or in private practice) and students who are interested in international arbitration.
