A conference presented by the Private Equity Subcommittee of the IBA Corporate and M&A Law Committee
We are delighted to announce that plans are taking shape for this year's edition of the IBAs Private Equity Transactions Symposium the leading conference for private equity deal lawyers internationally. It will be in London on 28 September 2023, and for the first time will be followed by a forum for young lawyers the next day. Details of that to follow.
The symposium is a sell-out must-attend event for in-house counsel at sponsors and for specialists in private equity deal work from around the world.
Aside from valuable networking, by attending you will acquire technical know-how and market insights that will give you an important competitive edge in this rapidly developing valuable area of legal practice.
Speakers are principally from within the industry itself as well ,of course, as including some of the leading private practice specialist practitioners from around the world.
The conference will feature a review of the deal environment, the debt markets and the world from the perspective of investors. Our general counsel panel always gives usable and important insights into what the sponsor clients need from their lawyers.
This year there will also be a deep dive into investments in the sports sector, the French and Italian private equity markets and healthcare industry, as well as standout keynote interviews with leading figures from in and around the industry.
We will keep you posted as the event takes shape, but please book a early as we anticipate strong demand as in previous years.
