This webinar will be comprised of two parts. Part one will focus on managing partners at law firms, looking at what partner performance is and how it can be measured. The panel will aim to unpack some of the challenges in getting the best out of your partners in a fair and sensible way that works in African markets.
Part two of the webinar will focus on how to combine management and leadership. Law firm leaders will share their experiences of leading through times of great change, and will analyse the qualities of a leader for the future, operating in a firm on the African continent.
