The IBA has contracted a limited number of bedrooms for delegates, for the nights of 29 October – 4 November 2022 (inclusive).

All reservations will be acknowledged by email immediately after you submit the booking form via the reservation button below.
Rates are quoted in U S Dollars (US$) and apply, subject to availability, to reservations made via Judy Lane International Conference Services (Judy Lane ICS). Please note that Judy Lane ICS is the only hotel booking agency partnering with the IBA for this conference.
The IBA will provide a coach shuttle service to and from the Miami Beach Convention Center for all hotels listed.

All reservations will be acknowledged by email immediately after you submit the booking form via the button above. If you do not receive an acknowledgement, please contact Judy Lane ICS to check that your reservation has been received.

Reservations cannot be made without valid credit card details (Visa/MasterCard/Amex). We cannot accept debit cards.
The credit card details you provide on your booking form will be securely shared with the hotel. Please ensure that the credit card does not expire prior to the conference. From 30 September 2022, all hotels will take a non-refundable full-stay payment from the credit card number that you submit with your booking form. If you are using a third-party credit card to make your booking, you must have the permission of the cardholder to use their card.
If the hotel is unable to charge the card number on your booking form, you will be emailed by Judy Lane ICS and asked to provide alternative card details within 48 hours or your hotel room will be released but you will still be financially responsible for any penalty charges from the hotel. Please only submit one booking form in your name. Should you want to change your hotel, please contact Judy Lane ICS by email ( hotels@judylaneics.com) and we will check availability. Please do not submit another booking form.
Should you need to cancel or amend your reservation, please contact Judy Lane ICS by email ( hotels@judylaneics.com). You will receive an email confirming receipt of your cancellation/amendment. If you do not receive this email, your cancellation/amendment has not been processed/received. In this case, please contact us by telephone on +44 (0)1293 888352.
Cancellations received after 17:00 UK time on 29 September 2022 will be liable for the full-stay penalty. This cancellation penalty also applies to bookings made after 29 September 2022 and no-shows (non-arrival on the day of your reservation without prior notification).
