The Women Lawyers’ Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA), will hold its 9th World Women Lawyers’ Conference, at which it presents this award.
The Women Lawyers’ Committee offers a forum for women members from across the world to discuss topics of global significance to women practitioners. Apart from fostering women lawyers’ business potentials, the Group also aims to provide informal advice and assistance in areas of interest.

Natasha Tardif is announced the winner of the 2024 International Bar Association (IBA) Outstanding International Woman Lawyer Award. The accolade has been given in recognition of her pursuing excellence through gender equality, promoting female leadership and providing mentorship throughout the legal profession for more than two decades. The IBA Women Lawyers’ Committee presented the IBA Outstanding International Woman Lawyer Award to Ms Tardif during the 10th World Women Lawyers' Conference: Driving Change held from 23–25 October at the Ritz-Carlton in Toronto, Canada.
