SUMMARY:ESG litigation – trends and strategies in both civil and common l
 aw court
DESCRIPTION:There is increasing pressure on businesses to take steps to a
scertain\, manage and account for the impact of their actions on ESG and
human rights. This pressure is taking on a more obvious legal dimension

ation\, and litigation. In this global multidisciplinary session\, we wi
ll bring together expert class action litigators\, corporate counsel\, c
limate activist plaintiff organizations and climate scientists to help u
s navigate through the impact of recent strategic litigation and develop
ments in the regulatory and risk management spheres concerning climate c
