 In partnership with the Paris Bar Council the mock trial is an attempt t
 o stage a trial in which ‘corruption’ is present in various ways. It con
 cerns the liability of individuals\, corporations\, involves the state a
 pparatus\, implies a huge number of issues\, including attempts to find 
 amicable solutions and recovering funds that were transferred as bribes.
  Mock trial is a joint initiative of the Criminal Law Section committee.
