 al trade\, infrastructure investment and legal risk allocation.\n\nAny l
 arge-scale disruption in the Middle East — particularly involving the St
 rait of Hormuz\, global oil and LNG transportation routes\, sanctions re
 gimes\, or critical energy infrastructure — could trigger significant vo
 latility in global energy markets\, accelerate geopolitical fragmentatio
 n\, reshape investment patterns\, and fundamentally alter the trajectory
  of the global energy transition. These developments would immediately a
 ffect cross-border projects\, energy security policies\, construction an
 d infrastructure financing\, force majeure claims\, sanctions compliance
 \, maritime security\, insurance disputes\, sovereign risk allocation\, 
 and international arbitration.\n\nGiven the unprecedented intersection b
 etween geopolitics\, energy security\, climate transition and internatio
 nal commerce\, this panel aims to provide a timely multidisciplinary dis
