 g the legal profession and challenging deeply rooted social norms\, cult
 ural expectations and traditional stigmas across the Arab world and inte
 rnationally. Through personal experiences\, professional insights and re
 gional perspectives\, speakers will examine the barriers women continue 
 to face in legal practice\, leadership and public life\, while highlight
 ing the significant progress being driven by a new generation of indepen
 dent Arab women. The discussion will address issues including gender equ
 ality\, access to justice\, representation in the legal profession and t
 he evolving role of women in influencing legal reform\, business and soc
