DESCRIPTION:All IBA officers of sections\, committees and fora are invite
 d to attend this Q&amp\;A session on how to be a successful officer\, be
 st-practices guides by fellow officers\, and the opportunity to network 
 with other committee officers. The session will allow for discussions on
  areas relevant to IBA officers\, both long-standing and new\, and ensur
 e that officers receive the information relevant to them and their work.
 \n\nTopics will include:\n\nworking with the IBA office and who the rele
 vant contacts are\ngeneral policies to be aware of\nconference planning\
 nspecial project planning\nbudgets and funds\ncommunication with members
 \, and\;\ncommittee online presence.\nAttendance is strongly recommended
  to all officers of IBA committees.\n
