 eholders to diversity\, equity and inclusion (DEI) in general.  \nThe pa
 nel will discuss:\n\n	the impact of geopolitical uncertainty on governan
 ce generally and how boards have had to evolve during such times of cris
 is\; \n	how the recent political shift following President Trump’s re-el
 ection has led to significant changes in the landscape of DEI initiative
 s\; and \n	how these external factors are influencing corporate strategy
  and how stakeholder influence is shifting.\n
