SUMMARY:Global mobility\, the regime of attractions for individuals and t
he proposal for global minimum wealth tax on ultra-high net worth indivi
 duals
DESCRIPTION:In a context of increasing global mobility and tax competitio
n\, several jurisdictions have introduced preferential regimes to attrac
 t high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs)\, digital nomads\, and internationa
lly mobile professionals. At the same time\, the debate around a global
minimum wealth tax\, particularly targeting ultra-high net worth individ
uals (UHNWIs)\, has gained momentum in international fora. This panel wi
ll analyse the interaction between national attraction regimes and the e
merging international tax policy agenda\, including the legal\, politica
l\, and technical challenges of designing and implementing a coordinated
  approach to wealth taxation.
