 Commission
DESCRIPTION:All IBA Officers of sections\, committees\, fora and bar asso
 ciations are invited to attend.\n\nThis session will take on the form of
  a round table meeting and will report on the findings from the recently
  published Wellbeing Report of the IBA Professional Wellbeing Commission
 . Despite a growing body of research evidence on effective wellbeing int
 erventions\, the report's findings demonstrate that law firms often take
  a largely reactive approach to managing wellbeing issues. The session w
 ill look at an alternative strategy enabling them to move to a more enga
 ged and proactive approach to workplace wellbeing. It will also look at 
 the role that Bar Associations and other organisations involved in the l
 egal profession can support law firms in adopting this new approach.\n
