DESCRIPTION:The UNCITRAL Model Law has formed the bedrock of national leg
 islative reform for the majority of national arbitration laws. Since the
 n\, national legislatures have grappled with the benefit of a model temp
 late and at the same time localised the law to fit its needs and constit
 uents. This panel will look at whether divergence from the UNCITRAL Mode
 l law enhances or detracts from the greater system and also consider any
  amendments from their jurisdiction that might be welcome.\n
