 t are written pleadings\nand drafting?\nA high court judge will explore 
 the above questions and consider\nand explain the realities of judgment 
 writing after a long day of\nhearings. What do judges look for on the re
 cord and in pleadings?\nHow much research is done when insufficient case
  law is provided\nby arguing counsels and their facilitators or advocate
 s-on-record?\nOther members of the panel will examine assumptions about 
 their\npleadings\, submissions and the risk of unplanned admissions.
