DESCRIPTION:As a lawyer practicing international M&amp\;A\, you benefit f
 rom a broad network of colleagues in the same practice in other countrie
 s. This session will be a great way to meet many new M&amp\;A contacts\,
  build your network and learn from the experience of your peers. The ses
 sion will involve 10 current tables and topics\, with a moderator knowle
 dgeable on the topic. All session participants will be able to speak and
  ask questions\, exchange contacts. Every 20 minutes the tables will rot
 ate\, so you will be able to discuss at least 3 topics of your interest 
 and meet at least 30 new M&amp\;A lawyers from around the world.\n\nTabl
 e topics:\n1. Current trends in government intervention: FDI and merger 
 control\n2. Current trends in cross-border deals: strategic/financial bu
 yers\, local/international etc. Deal structuring.\n3. Current trends in 
 SPA liability provisions and other non-financial terms.\n4. Current tren
 ds in pricing and other financial deal terms.\n5. Current trends in priv
 ate equity.
