 ket-based) to include greater representation of women on boards of direc
 tors\, the drivers of these requirements and how boards can meet (and ar
 e meeting) these requirements. This will include a discussion of process
  integration and strategies to grow the number of women on boards\, and 
 the responsibilities of decision makers and influencers as they relate t
 o this necessary evolution.
