DESCRIPTION:Tracing digital assets can be challenging to the insolvency a
 nd credit enforcement practitioner. In cross-border situations\, asset t
 racing is even more challenging because each jurisdiction has its own so
 urce of laws\, information and tools that must be understood by the inso
 lvency practitioner or representative. UNCITRAL Working Group V has star
 ted a project which may provide recommendations and the European Union i
 s considering developing an instrument regarding asset tracing. This ses
 sion will focus on the tools the insolvency practitioner needs in this r
 espect in order to recover assets of the debtor.
